REPATRIATION OF PRISONERS (AMENDMENT) BILL (01.03.2011)
Mr. Chairman, Sir, thank you very much for giving me this opportunity.
Sir, as correctly mentioned by the hon. Minister, the scope of this Bill is very limited. There is only a slight modification replacing one word with another word, ‘military law’ in place of ‘martial law’. The Standing Committee on this subject has also given the reason for that.
Even if the BJP and allied parties take deep bathing in 1000 times in the Ganga waters they cannot clear the stain of sin from their political body.

(Discussion on Liberhan Report) : 08.12.2009
Sir, Liberhan Commission has presented its report after a delay of 17 years with 42 extensions. I wish no committee or commission will have this ill fate. Commission pinpointed-who are all intellectually ideologically, and physically responsible for the demolition of baberi masjid. Commission says that the demolition of mosque was well orchestrated with long preparation, pre-planning and not...

(Discussion on Liberhan Report) : 07.12.2009
Mr. Chairman, Sir, I thank you very much for having given me an opportunity to participate in the discussion over the Babri Masjid Demolition Report which was released by the Commission. The demolition of Babri Masjid on 6th December, 1992 was a most reprehensible act. The perpetrators of this deed had struck not only against a place of worship but also at the principles of secularism,...

(Discussion on Liberhan report) : 10.12.2009
Madam, I thank you for having given me seven minutes. After 17 years and 48 extensions, at last, the Liberhan has pinpointed who are all responsible intellectually, ideologically and physically for the Babri Masjid demolition. We see demolition of Babri Masjid not as a demolition of a Masjid, just a structure, but we see it as a challenge to the honourable existence of the Muslims in secular...
I would like to submit that I had held the education portfolio for seven years in Kerala, representing Muslim League. It was during my period that a Sanskrit University in the name of Sri Shankaracharya was established in Kerala.

(Discussion on Demands for Grants, HRD) : 15.07.2009
I would like to submit that I had held the education portfolio for seven years in Kerala, representing Muslim League. It was during my period that a Sanskrit University in the name of Sri Shankaracharya was established in Kerala. As far as education is concerned, BJP should not make communal division.
An eminent leader of CPM proclaimed that not even a single Member from the Muslim League will see the 15th Lok Sabha. But, by the grace of Almighty, we are here with flying colours.
