New Delhi: Indian Union Muslim League has decided to field its candidates for the Uttarakhand Assembly Elections and released its list of nine candidates. The list was finalized in a meeting held here under the Presidentship of Mr. E. Ahamed, National President of the Party, which was attended by Mr. Iqbal Ahamed Advocate, National Vice President, Mr. Khorrum Anis Omer, National Secretary, and Mr. K. Muhamed Kutty, Central Monitoring Committee Member of the Party. IUML Uttarakhand State General secretary Mr. Ghalib Hassan Islam will contest the election from Hardwar Rural Seat. Party is also fielding candidates from two SC Reserved Seats.

Candidates: Shahzad Hussain (Kashipur), Gurmale Singh (Bhagwanpur –SC Reserved), Bijendra Kumar Sansia (Jhabrera –SC Resrved), Saddam hussain (Khanpur), Master Sameel Hassan (Sahaspur), Ghalib Hassan Islam (Hardwar Rural), Sufi Azizur Rahman (Dharampur),Dr. Hashim Malik (Laksar), Munawar Hasan (BHEL Ranipur).
