EC allots ladder symbol to Muslim League candidates in Uttarakhand

Dehradun, Jan. 21- Election Commission has allotted Ladder symbol for all Muslim League candidates contesting the Assembly Elections in Uttarakhand. Ladder, a popular and familiar symbol of the Party is a reserved symbol of the Party in Kerala where the State Committee of Muslim League is a recognized Party. 7 candidates of Muslim League are in the fray after the scrutiny and the last date of withdrawal. There are minor changes in the list of candidates which announced earlier. Party is also supporting 2 independent candidates in Uttarakhand.

List of candidates who got ladder symbol and their constituencies: Ghalib (State General Secretary) –Hardwar Rural, Ajijur Rehman –Dharampur, Seema Advocate –Jwalapur SC Reserved Seat, Saddam Hussain –Khanpur, Asrar –Laksar, Shahzad Hussain –Kashipur.

Party supported independent candidates: Havivurahaman –Ramnagar, Mohd. Furkan –Pirankaliyar.
